How fast was the pig going?

I handle incident/accident reports for the company. Employees are required to submit a report as to what happened (in their opinion). Here's today's entry:

This morning at 6:40 am Billy Bob was heading east on highway 20, the pig was heading south across the highway. The company vehicle hit the pig's head with the left front bumper (estimated speed at time of collision 25 mph). The pig spun around and his butt hit the left driver door. Pig headed north, back from where he come.

No injuries or witnesses. No police report.
